NuStep T5XR Recumbent Cross Trainer

The NuStep T5xr is one of the most inclusive and adaptive cross trainers on the market today. It delivers a low-impact total body workout that can benefit users of virtually any fitness level or functional ability.  It can be used with either just legs or just arms or both simultaneously for a true cross-trainer experience. This machine is battery powered, needing no connection to any external power sources. It has a maximum loading of 272kg.

The NuStep T5XR features a comfortable, wheelchair seat which spins a full 360 degrees and can be locked every 45 degrees. This access and transition the seat from a variety of angles by the user. The seat also facilitates various leg lengths by adjusting forwards and backwards. The T5XR has a seat-back which can recline an additional 10 degrees for added comfort. Additionally the arms of the chair can be lifted out of the way for easy access.

The T5XR features two adjustable straps on each pedal to keep the feet stable and securely in place during exercise. When not needed the straps can be stored conveniently underneath the pedal.

Ergonomically shaped, moulded rubber handgrips rotate 40 degrees and arm handles, with easy-to-use clamshell release levers, adjust in length up to 46cm for optimal upper body positioning during workout. These grips are soft, comfortable and easy to clean.

StrideLock locks arm handles and leg pedals in place for easier on and off access.

The LCD colour display is easy to use and allows users to change resistance levels, select from 13 workout programmes and view current workout stats in time, distance, calories and METs.
