Shipping
Due to the nature of the products shipping times may vary. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the shipping of your items.

We ship our products all around Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to remote destinations.

HUR Australia has a number of shipping and delivery policies depending on your location and need, prices for these delivery options vary based on location.

 

Click and Collect

If you are located close to our Brisbane warehouse or want to arrange your own courier to deliver the item HUR Australia offers a click and collect service where you can pick up your item from the warehouse at a suitable prearranged time slot. 

 

Inside Metro Area 

If the delivery address is inside the metro area HUR Australia can provide a delivery option with the cost dependent on the delivery location. 

 

Outside metro area

For deliveries outside the metro areas please get in contact with HUR Australia's customer support prior to purchase. We are happy to assist you in finding the best way to ship your item to you

 

Special Assistance

If special assistance is required HUR Australia is happy to assist in equipment set-up and installations at a cost. Please contact HUR Australia’s customer support prior to purchase for special assistance arrangements.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

 

Returns Policy

Please choose your products carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made the wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

For enquiries on your product, order or returns  it is recommended to  please Contact Us.

When contacting HUR Australia regarding your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Reason why you are enquiring about/returning the product

  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

 HUR Australia is happy to discuss and assist in your enquiry.

If a return is requested our customer service team will direct you on the best process for safely packaging your item and returning it to our warehouse.

Postage fees may apply on returns. If any goods cannot be easily returned to us due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please  Contact Us and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
